Well she didn’t intend them all for Gilda. She said they weren’t all meant for her, it was just dumb luck she set them all off. I took that to be her apologizing in her own way.
It was part of the joke, thus she knew, or rather the universe knew thus they made her do it in a funny way
On the one hoof, that’s Pinkie Pie. She’d survive anything if it was funny. On the other, Gilda had no way of knowing that.
And send Pinkie crashing to the Earth by destroying her mode of flight.
I’ve always felt that Rainbow Dash owed Gilda an apology for being the one who thought pulling all those pranks on her was at all a good idea. You’d think the Element of Loyalty would know one of her oldest friends better than that.
actually she was all up for friendship, friendship she knows she can trust, that is rainbowdash. Which is why she became SUCH a jerk towards pinkie and dash, since towards her eyes dash betrayed her. And she only was really mean towards them after, what she felt like and kinda was true, she was pranked, often with physical abuse towards it.
Pretty much the only real bad thing she did was: steal an apple
