Yes, Cadance and Shining Armor had horn rings during their ceremony. It seems it’s a unicorn thing.

Then again this one IS from Rarity’s own daydream about unicorn marriage, so I guess it fits. Did we ever see horn rings used after that anyway? Was it in Canterlot Wedding at all?
