It’s not the aesthetics, it’s the fact of indefinitely large positive whole numbers summing up to a negative fraction.
 
I kind of get what it means in terms of zeta functions. There’s an important reason it could be said to be true, under a limited set of contextual circumstances. But… gaah. There’s a much more important reason it can be said to be not true in most cases.
 
…I am not accustomed to mathematical statements acting like that.
