Pinkie Pie is an adult…I think.  
If we’re going by “Springfield Logic”, in that none of the characters age even if a show goes on for several years, then let’s say Pinkie Pie’s age is consistent across all seasons, except for a birthday in Party of One.
 
Given that her birthday is May 3 and she once said that she was born on a Tuesday, that would have made her born in either 1988 or 1994, or most intervals of 6, occasionally 11, years (if we’re using the Georgian calendar) depending on how old you want to consider her, making her either 22 or 16 years old at the beginning of the series, and as of Party of One, either 23 or 17 years old. Considering she’s yet to have another birthday as far as my knowledge goes, that should clear thing up for now.
 
Conclusion: she may be an adult or she may not.

I love how even Discord the literal embodiment of chaos is uncomfortable around Pinkie Pie.

Pinkie’s thirst cannot be contained, not even by the fourth wall.

I can imagine Discord trying to be faithful to Fluttershy an Pinkie trying to steal the D.
