Well… actually, noone knows that for certain. It’s never been officially states that she is the mother of all changelings, rather it’s more headcanon popularized in a lot of fanfics.

Protesting about Nail’s paid content is a derpibooru tradition, like saying braeburn only ever does gay stuff, or that whichever artist X only drws porn now (which, as far as I can recall, can only really apply to rat and no one else).
There’s also the fact that assholes will upload this to other websites. Which is why I never got why people get upset about paid porn, your bound to find anything if you look around a little. I guess people love to complain.
