Actually, there’s proof that DT is shorter, though she’d be the larger overall by far. I think Apple Bloom would be third tallest after Snips and Snails, though that depends on where you put Twist according to this…  
Nah, I’d go Snails (Lanky), Snips (Chunky), Apple Bloom (Tall and well built), Babs Seed (Hefty), Twist (Developed), Scootaloo (Thin/Athletic), Silver Spoon (Average), Featherweight (Lanky), Sweetie Belle (Chubby), Diamond Tiara (Obese), Pipsqueak (Tiny), and Zipporwhill (Primordial Dwarfism). This could change though

On the other hand, maybe Snails just had a really early growth spurt and the other ponies will catch up to him in height later on.
 
(That’s pretty much what happened to me at school actually. All the way through primary and on to when I started secondary, I was taller than everyone else in my year by at least a full head-height at something like 5’6”. By the time I finished secondary school, I was 5’10” but was now one of the shortest - most of the others having gone over 6ft tall!)
 
I shall name this army, Cheerilee and the Adorables! :D
