Congratulations, colleague. You managed to get the exact wrong end of the joke.
The joke is meant to make fun of opponents of vaccines. Who believe vaccinations for completely preventable and unnecessary diseases causes Autism Spectrum, an affliction only gained from birth like homosexuality.

Oh, I got the joke, I just find it funnier when everything in it is technically accurate as it makes people who overreact when reading the risks look even more foolish.
Winged Monkey control is a side effect of having a Golden Cap and speaking the proper incantation.

Not primarily - I’m already autistic - so more about the purpose of poisons like mercury and aluminum in vaccines. We had this discussion in the forum, though, very enlightening, you should check it out.
