That is such an incredibly insightful comment that I screenshotted it and will post it in various places.
Pinkie acting as rooster mislead me to be think it was reality this time, because that’s what Pinkie could do.
Sweetie Belle’s dream in “For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils” was a performance; at least, it was going to be.
And now Apple Bloom’s dream is a clockwork automaton, repeating the same motions even as the realism winds down.
