Maybe they redecorated one of the castle’s bathrooms with wood paneling and tiles, and turned it into a much cozier bathroom? Paint the window, add some nature-looking wall murals and voilà.
 
You know, the castle is big enough that a moderate-sized tree should fit well inside. Twilight could use some of her new princess powers and have a tree hauled inside, plant it with earth pony magic and have it hollowed out, and decorate it to look like a miniature version of the tree library. Or maybe not.

A waste of biomatter
I wonder if this bathtub would be in the tree-house library,which it appears to be since its so “earthy” with plants and wood everywhere and I imagine that the crystal tree house bathtub would be bigger but more crystalline in texture. I suppose that this could be After Applejack renovated it or something or it could be a place not mentioned at all.
