The Rainbow of Darkness awakens from a long slumber and threatens Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle has no choice but to enter Tartarus and get information from Tirek, the previous owner of the Rainbow of Darkness, in a bid to learn how to stop it. Can old enemies work together to stop a greater evil?
