I think it is the same text as the original poster. Looks close enough to me. South Korea uses simplified versions of the characters used in North Korea, so it wouldn’t look exactly the same.
I haven’t found a translation of this one from a verified source, but some pin on Pinterest translates it as
I think they mean “let’s arm ourselves…” but you get the idea.
Kim Il Sung was the first Kim family ruler. Good eye on the poster!
Basically, if it looks like houses getting attacked by weird flying things, it’s Chinese, if it’s many flowing strokes, it’s Japanese, and here you can see (and infer from context) the Korean alphabet.

IIRC the First Kim Jong family ruler had a poster that looked exactly like this one as welll as Mao.
Well, i can’t really differentiate between both of them at first glance (still better than my differentiation skills on Chinese and Japanese) , and this looked like a Maoist poster i saw. now that i see it, this really looks like it is in Korean.
