Considering that Changelings are at least somewhat insectile, and the fact that ponies are intelligent enough to do so, given the fact that the Cake Twins are clearly intelligent enough to form opinions on Pinkie’s comedy routines, I’m going to have to answer that with a resounding “maybe.”
