My Little Pony - 1992 Edition

This is something I’d like to see for Season 5. We’ve had one episode where Scootaloo’s (lack of) flying ability caused no end of problems, now we need one where Sweetie Belle’s (barely trained) magic causes mayhem.

Going by the page when everything is fixed again, they never knew it was Sweetie causing the crisis, so as far as the ponies could tell they were just being randomly turned into fruit.

Taking that into account, and all the pony-eating monsters out there, it’s surprise some fans wish they were ponies living in Equestria. It’s not the “cutesy utopia” some bronies think it is.
 
Seriously, Ponyville is almost as bad as Townsville from PPG.

Two things:
 
  1. Young unicorns/fillies have unexpected and powerful magical surges

  2. Twilight was probably caught by the element of surprise and couldn’t block her magic in time. Once turned into an eggplant she didn’t have a horn anymore so there was no easy way to turn back to normal.
     
    The thoughts of an inexperienced unicorn filly beating a mighty alicorn is still a bit silly of course, but explainable as well.
