Also different build (much lighter, more Dash than Gilda), hairstyle, expression (neither Dash nor Gilda were ever that wide-eyed and innocent looking ^^), cutie mark, tail…. there’s more to a design than species and hair color, even for someone who looks a lot like their parents.

Reality is unrealistic, people expect you to show there restive gens.
Well, most have some sort of deviation. Usually different coat or mane color. But this is literally just taking Gilda’s body and RD’s mane. It’s more like a fusion than actual spawn.
Anyone else find it weird that people find kids looking like their parents weird? ^^;;
