What does that have to do with Superman?! She is only shipped with Spider-man by one incredibly rich brony and a few fans.
Wouldn’t Applejack be Superman,
Twilight be Wonder Woman,
Zecora be Martian Manhunter,
Fluttershy be Super Girl,
and Spike would be Captain Marvel?

Superman = Princess Twilight Sparkle (naturally, as she is shipped with Marvel’s mascot Spider-man)
Wonder Woman = Applejack, due to her Mistress Marvelous impression
Martian Manhunter = Fluttershy (unlikely choice)
Hawkgirl = Rainbow Dash
Green Lantern = Rarity, though she mostly dislikes that colour, and Star Sapphire is villainous
The Flash = Pinkie Pie, due to her Fili-Second impression
