marvel seams to be doing a reshuffling of the cannon than a reboot.
Ya, they are saying that the marvel universes like Earth-616(main), Earth-1610(Ultimate), and some others will end, likely a new one will come from it that’s a mix or something.
Figured I ask because I’ve heard it said that after this event the marvel universe would be no more. Just kinda gives off that vibe.
Doesn’t seem anything like it.
From looking at it it’s a world made up of chunks of other world, like the Battleworld of the old Secret Wars made by the Beyonder in the mid 80s where Spider-Man got the black suit from, only this time instead of clucks from plaints for across the universe it’s using part of Earths from different realities.
So is this new Secret Wars pretty much the Marvel equivalent of Flashpoint/New 52?

it’s marvel. they have a habit of “forgetting” cannon. his identity has been reviled to the world at lest 3 times.

I said “in the end”, meaning however the universe is at the end of it all that One More Day is one more in the retconed away pile.
Also looking at the info of it, it wouldn’t make sense for a new main universe to come out of this.
they have not said it’s a reboot as such but they have said that once secret wars starts the marvel universe as we know it has come to an end.
