I would definitely agree with that. Fluttershy’s personality would lend her better suited to invisibility and shape-shifting. Avoiding direct combat and going the covert espionage route. Rarity’s personality would also go towards her animating an army to do her bidding, but is not afraid to get her hands dirty (fireball, darling).
 
I also would like to now nickname Applejack “Tankgirl”, Rainbow Dash either “Blackbird” or “Aurora” (I refuse to nickname her X-15), Twilight “Howling Zen”, Fluttershy “Radagast” or “Solid Snake” with the monkey and snake talismans, Rarity “Silent Flame” or “RTS fangirl” with the rat and dragon talismans, and Pinkie “Katherine Kruger with a better childhood”.

I feel like Rarity got the leftovers. Also, invisibility and combustion? That’s OP.
 
I feel like Rarity and Fluttershy should switch mouse and snake.

So Pinkie can pretty much dream walk and shoot eye beams. I don’t feel so safe now.

I’d take the Dog Talisman, just because.
