Silverlay(The character we are talking about) is a character from the fan comic series Seeds of Darkness(A pretty nice story in my opinion). As for what she is, well spoilers for the comic up ahead. ||Silverlay is something called an Umbra Pony, the result of a spell designed to steal magic from ponies, causing the pony they are stealing the magic from to eventually disappear This power is then supposed to be given to the spells creator, a unicorn known as Obsidian. ||||Silverlay was stealing Twilight’s magic but was stopped by Rainbow Dash and then spared by Twilight. ||She is named after an imaginary friend that Twilight had when she was a foal.
