Yeah, I thought the five were mares and only the sixth was male, my bad.
It’d explain why the mares all seem sullen about how the situation has changed for the one stallion, despite how it’s still the same for THEM… He impregnated his sister, and she’s just giving that face of “Well, this took an awkward turn for that last guy…”

Also shimmer you seem to get confused who is the father and who has the health problem.
The father is Spark (Panel 5, Anime style of extreme shock)
Purple is the one with the health issue (panel 6)
Spark knows his responsibilities so he will be there for the kids.
Plus this is kind of a semi joke thing because it’s based on this pregnancy announcement meme that went on for a while.
