I’m not saying you have to. I’m just saying that the majority of bronies have a habit of overreacting to the littlest things.
I don’t have to like him.
I can and will be apathetic towards him until he does something to stand out.

i dunno, russel bagman from Super Robot Wars is such a plain dude that he actually stands out of a cast of exaggerated personalities (though in russel’s defense, having a hilarious ‘are they?’ relationship with his CO adds to the funny)

Let’s be fair, he does seem nice. The problem is that’s basically all he seems like. In a world of comically exaggerated personalities, he’s a guy who has no shtick. His problem is that he’s not fun.
It’s possible I’ll give you that. But just to warn you, any opinion among the bronies that goes against the status quo tends to attract the portion of the fanbase that gives the rest of us a bad name. Need proof? Post anything about how Flash Sentry seems like a nice guy and watch the butthurt explode like Chernobyl.
I know, I just want it to be okay if I think Sonata likes to kick you while you’re down, and it’s Aria who’d be the one to switch teams (especially after how Adagio’s last plan turned out).
Meh, so what? This entire fandom runs on sex jokes, bad puns, pop culture references, and impossible shipping. I’ve learned to just go with it.
Everyone treats Sonata like there’s something warm and fuzzy inside. I dont really think canon supports that.
the funny thing is sonata’s much easier to turn into the 8th (9th if you count vinyl) rainboom than sunset into the 4th dazzling
