I think I get it now. First Luna added a fake Maud to Trixie’s dream, then jumped into Maud’s which was going in a different direction. I guess.

The way I interpret it it’s not that Trixie has had other loves (she thinks) but rather that she is afraid that she’s nothing special to Trixie, just one more conquest that’ll be quickly forgotten.

I had a problem trying to figure out Luna’s head in the first panel.  
At first, I couldn’t recognize she was turning her head left and right.

What? That’s not it at all. A few strips ago she said Trixie probably has mares in every port and she’s afraid she can’t be interested of someone like her, similarly to how Trixie fears. She’s having her own insecure nightmare.
