Show started when I was about a year old. Ran until the early 90s. Yeesh.
I just realized when that show was on. I feel old.
The cosplays? As in using them in comparison to the image? The cosplayers get my respect for actually attempting to get close to a human version through hair dye/wigs, clothing, etc. and actually pull off a believable representation of the character. Here, Hasbro slapped clothing with cutie mark emblems on teenagers and said, “Now go out there and hope nobody sees through this shabby effort!” I can see they kind of tried with Adagio, but it is still off.

When animated series with almost impossible to reproduce designs get wrung through the live action machine, they usually end up looking plain bad. Thankfully I don’t have to deal with this because I don’t care and alcohol will make me forget this by morning light.
