I was under the impression that breaking Dash had become a fanfic cliche years ago.
I like to think he’s athletic, but lazy.

He brings it up to her that she’s getting pudgy and she gets mad, so he challenges her to a race. He beats her by more than “just barely” which causes her to work herself sick. That only causes him to worry about her more until she ends up breaking something. Then the rest of the story could be about nursing her back to health.
Yeah it wouldn’t be and I can see the person shes cracking down on to get into shape doing the same to her when she ends up not sticking to the regiment shes giving them and complaining loudly about it. Would make for a good fanfic actually.
I don’t think that’s really very hard to imagine.

This Spike has to keep up with someone who can fly over any obstacle or surface, he has to jump, sprint, climb, claw, and dive if he wants to keep up with Dash.
