HOT SCOOP: Yes, Rich. With everything out here behind me, it certainly was a rocky night here at the municipal amphitheater. What started out as an innocent Battle of the Bands where each of the local groups were competing for bragging rights, became chaos and a coup d’etat of the supernatural kind in its final round. Round by round, each act was eliminated until it was down to some new students, calling themselves the Dazzlings, and the Rainbooms, headed by Rainbow Dash with Twilight Sparkle.
 
SUNSET SHIMMER (CANTERLOT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT): The incident here at the school certainly did bring us together. Everyone has their problems, but you have to be willing to forgive, forget, and forego. I think that’s what everyone would have wanted.
 
HOT SCOOP: Investigators are concerned about the supernatural nature of these incidents and indicate that this was not the first one regarding this school; another local student, Sunset Shimmer, transformed into a she-demon and nearly took over the school herself. Here, she is on the other side of the fence, as the entire student body of Canterlot High School is thankful tonight for the lives they still have and the Rainbooms who saved them.
