The orange stallion is indeed Flash Sentry (see related image by same artist), but he is not both Flash Sentry and Applejack at the same time, and the white stallion is not Rarity (he appears to be an OC guard pony with an upside-down marijuana cutie mark).

Well, let’s not be too overbearing if/when he pops up again. There’s a multitude of reasons for why an artist might not want the pressure of a Tumblr or dev.art page. He might simply lack the time to commit to art at the moment.
Also, he’s so hard to google. Completely invisible on the net.

And even then he only ever posted as a Background Pony. No way to contact him at all.
