While it is difficult to pegh all the characters, I feel like Jax would make for a good match for Dash: Mildly arrogant personality, technically DOES fly, what with his LeapStrike, and while he isn’t outstanding in his movespeed, Jax attacks really fast.

That does make sense.  
However, seeing as there are more than 120 characters in League, it would be rather difficult to peg all of them to characters from MLP.  
Also Hecarim is from the Shadow Isles, hence he is immeasurably evil, sooooo…  
Wouldn’t fit very well, eh?

Ah well, even Faker was a noob at some point in time.  
And every honest summoner deals with that kind of crap.
