An AMD A10-APU can run crysis 3, battlefield 4 and GTA 5 coming up assumed.
Not at max settings but definitely a super cheap gaming solution that would have A GPU upgrade ready in case the APUs GPU can’t handle the games in the future.
Something to point out to those who are very price conscious. Something that can run everything now and likely everything in the future with only a small upgrade sounds like a great deal if you are not one who cares for the latest graphics or high frame rates. With the APU you cut out the extra cost of buying a high end GPU for a while and upgrade when you feel like it is worth it.
And posting this just made me think I should do this for my brother since it is so cheap and effective.
Plus my PC is kinda a dinosaur computer so it’s not really well-suited for gaming, and honestly most PC games don’t interest me much.
Keep in mind that Xbox/PS controllers have USB connectors and can be used with about 90% of triple-a game titles, for those who prefer them. Plus, you don’t need a ‘super computer’ for modern titles. A few blokes on YouTube have managed to build moderately priced ($500-600 USD) PCs that can run some graphically intensive titles on ultra settings at a framerate comparable to consoles. Plus, you can do a lot more on a PC. I personally own what you call a ‘supercomputer’, and that’s because I do a lot of video editing and I need a fast machine for that. It’s not strictly a ‘Gaming PC’.
Also, keep in mind that you don’t need to upgrade your PC at all if it plays the games you want in the presentation that is the most well fit for you. You can play basically any game on Steam as long as the service still exists, on any PC. I play Team Fortress 2 on a four year old laptop and it doesn’t run too bad. With a console, you have to buy an entirely new console every five years or so if you want to play the new games at all.
Well, not all of us enjoy gaming with a keyboard/mouse, or have super-computers capable of handling modern games, that we have to update, and buy new improved parts for constantly.
I always find the “PC VS Console” gaming debates quite petty. Even though, I prefer Nintendo, (that’s all it is, a “preference”) I don’t care what system a game is for, as long as it’s good.
Not according to the PS4 fans. I do see some trying to say WiiU “has no games,” but looking up the software lists online, surprisingly, the WiiU has a larger library then the PS4, OR X-Box-One. (And the 3DS has more then all 3 TV consoles.) Not to mention the WiiU is the only one that’s backwards compatible, making it’s library even larger.
The problem is, their third-party games either aren’t as popular, and even the popular ones they have are also available on the competition to. Though, the WiiU has alot of great first/second-party games for it, and has some third-party gems.
As I said one thing I feel they should capitalize on is, bringing PC games to the WiiU, sense as one critic pointed out the touchpad, and such make it ideal for PC games.
it’s true
and now, PS4 has not gaems also
Also she said she let her kids play some of the games she acted in.
But all I can think is how massive that controller is.
Yeah, it’s one of those “not sure if trolling, or serious” moments.
Also, as I said already, it’s also funny/ironic, that they would try to lie, and use Tara Strong as their “mouth piece/spokeswoman,” >>709992 when you remember that Tara Strong has done voice-acting for video games, INCLUDING violent ones like “Lollipop Chainsaw.”
Yea but these people seem to be a mix of the “Gamers could be school shooter” and “oh gawd my child will be a social reject”
Bad they have a damn odd way of going about trying to prevent it and I doubt some of them are even serious.
Oy vey… That’s just “Jack Thompson” levels of crazy.
I understand gaming can be a “bad thing,” if that’s all a kid wants to do, but some studies do show kids who game tend to be “smarter” then ones who don’t.
Sadly it is and they apparently have a neighborhood watch that follows people in a park that are obviously gamers or are wearing something related to games and claim less youths in shopping areas as results. (probably because they don’t like being stalked)
