Then again, Time Lords can regenerate. So maybe House was right that he killed hundreds, then they regenerated and the Doctor killed ALL the Time Lords, including the hundreds that had just regenerated from being killed by House?
Perhaps it’s just a generalisation, and the Doctor meant that he killed the Time Lord civilisation as a whole?
