After about 20 minutes of searching, I am disappointed to find that the writing on the screen is not translatable. I couldn’t find any fictional alphabet with the right characters.  
The two languages I could find that are the closest are the Galactic Alphabet from Commander Keen, and Braille.  
Taking some liberties, in (English) Braille the first line says:  
“for and of b with bb”  
It only gets weirder from there.
