Karkat isn’t honesty, he’s magic. I mean, he’s pretty honest, but regardless of how he does it he has a knack for leadership and bringing his friends together despite all odds. There’s no other character in Homestuck that better represents the magic of friendship, except maybe eggderp.
 
And making Vriska, Eridan, or Gamzee any element of harmony is stupid as hell. Especially Vriska.
