Antoher idea: Shy finds a poor, lonely Changeling, all seperate from the Hive, and swallows him to keep him in her tummy and feed him with love. And she just keeps him in there. Also, maybe then Dashie rubbing Shy’s tummy?

You could do one where Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Rarity are mad because Fluttershy ate their sisters, so she eats them.
 
Or she could eat Chrysalis, to end the changeling threat forever.
