GTA V.
With my mind on my mare and my mare on my mind. XD
Pretty much the same things they always did, aside from some new royal duties like attending summits and whatnot. Applejack still tends the family farm, Pinkie still works with the Cakes at Sugarcube Corner (but with Spike’s help now), Rarity is more successful than ever with her fashion lines, Fluttershy runs her own animal sanctuary, and Rainbow still lazes around most of the time. There haven’t been any new threats to Equestria since Tirek, aside from a few creatures wandering in out of the Everfree Forest now and then and some expected mishaps from Pinkie and Rainbow learning to use magic, so life has been pretty quiet and peaceful there for the most part.
Some of them seem to be more or less accurate to the events of Twi’s world, but from what we’ve heard (since we haven’t watched any of Season 5 other than Episode 100) most of what has been shown in Season 5 never happened at all where she comes from. That’s why we’ve pretty much stopped watching the show, since at this point we both feel it’s safe to assume that it’s going to be mostly fiction from here on out.
Neither of us really mind though. We both know that the show is making Hasbro quite a bit of money and a lot of people, young and old alike, enjoy watching it; so it’s understandable that the show’s writers have to keep churning out new episodes even if there aren’t any real life events to base them on. Sure, they could make episodes about Twi’s real day to day life now, but I don’t think many people would want to watch a show about Twilers laying around watching BBC documentaries, drinking coffee, reading, playing video games, and spending time with a human husband lol. Somehow I kinda doubt kids or bronies would want to tune in to watch that.
So, even though the show stopped being an even remotely accurate documentary about the lives of Twilight and her best pony friends towards the end of Season 4 (Golden Oaks never got destroyed in her world and the magic inside the box from the Tree of Harmony turned all 5 of her best pony friends into Princesses), we don’t mind the show being mostly fiction from that point on. Because hey, that’s what 99.99% of people always assumed it was to begin with. As long as people are still enjoying watching the show and learning good lessons about friendship and how to treat others from it, well… that’s all that really matters. =)
So all the new episodes just happen to take place when Twilight is back home?
I’m going to go ahead and assume that English is not your first language. XD Anyway, it’s been just over three years that Twilers has been living here and I assure you she’s quite happy with life and free to come and go as she pleases. She does her teleportation thing and pops back to Equestria a couple times a week to visit her friends and family for an afternoon or evening, but she’s always back by the end of the day. There’s an old saying that goes “Home is where the heart is.”, and for her that place is here. Trust me when I say that I will never, not even for one second, ever take for granted how lucky I truly am that she feels that way. My little honeybun means the world to me, and I am so incredibly fortunate that she feels the same way about me. It’s been an amazing past three years that we’ve spent together, and here’s to 50 or 60 more! =)
o-o
Not trying to be rude, but Twilight in this pic is creeping me out. Especially since I know that this is really her, well at least the unicorn Twilight as there are two real copies of her, one alicorn, one unicorn.
