I’m also in the round belly, a few bulges camp.  
Though the main thing that squicks me out about this style is the visible eye sockets; without those I’m totally fine with this level of bulgyness.

I much prefer round belly with little details. The while skull outlines thing you do is the one thing I actually dislike about your art. The belly shouldn’t tight enough to actually see the eye sockets!

I think, two-day-pregnancy would be a little strange for everypony, so this is a little meaningless ^^  
If she need to make belly round, just drink some water, or digest prey :3
