Personally I’m not too keen on assigning MLP characters to those of the previous generations in OP like the Yonko, though I will admit that Starswirl and Whitebeard would make a pretty cool looking team.

Still awaiting of the final Emperor that MR. Pink and Fluffy is afraid of crossing, before finalizing Discord as Blackbeard as headcanon. But I could agree that Discord/Blackbeard match would be feasible.

Clearly Discord is Blackbeard, as both of them are much like the Nolan version of the Joker where they claim they’re too chaotic to have a plan but it’s clear from how they act that they DO have a plan of some sort, it’s just incomprehensible to the common man.
