She had a huge growth burst in a matter of moments when she was turned into an Alicorn for one so a metabolism boost isn’t out of the question but just think for a moment, it’s twilight we are talking about. She gets so into her research that she has at times ignored entire conversations. She has even gone as far as stalking a friend to study her. Do you really think it’s out of the question that she forgot to eat? Also it’s hasbro, they aren’t going to just shoehorn in pregnancy without her actually being involved with someone. Before anyone mentions Flash Sentry let me remind you all that Flash was only a thing in the equestria girls movie and two they have had no real contact since then besides him just happening to be in the same room. She’s also unaware that Flash Sentry is even brads counter part, she has no reason to start a random conversation with him. We all know she isn’t the best at random introductions either.
