Yes, they did removed it, I went back to Netflix, and it wasn’t there. Also, are they still making HTF or not? Because the last episode of HTF was “Handy Nanny” was uploaded to their HTF site.

Sniffles is a “he.” Flaky’s gender is more debatable, but considering the official site used to list Flaky as “female,” (before the gender-debates) and most fans consider Flaky female, it’s probably likely she is, or was.
They even had 2 more recent episodes that briefly poked fun at the gender-debates over Flaky, and her “androgynous” design.
