Hellfire’s rage! EXODO FLAME!
RIP me.
Edited
Exodia’s effect doesn’t “activate” you can’t chain to it.
Once all five pieces are in their hand they win instantly on the spot, even in the middle of a chain. The only exception is when a card effect is in the middle of resolving and after it resolves they win. Example: Dark World Dealings.
Not if the player already has all the card out, some on field and some in hand or all on the field or in hand, as long as it’s not in the deck/gravyard/out of play then it is an instant win as soon as the player has the last peace.
Shame. I actually like that card.
What about Nobleman of Crossout? If someone places an Exodia card facedown, that should handle it and any others, right?
Skill Drain only negates card effects that activate on the field.
Exodia’s effect activates in the hand.
What did I just tell you?!
THIS IS YUGIOH, YOUR MAGIC CARD MEAN NOTHING!
Oh boy here we go!
Sorry dude, but the rule is if you have all five parts in you hand it’s an instant win, you can’t do anything.
@wselfwulf
Really? Could of sworn…
Like I said… it’s been years, so my memory of the whole thing could be a bit fuzzy.
You must of been playing people pushing there own custom rules, because all versions of the official rules say you can have one of each part in your deck.
Its even in the rules as one of the 3 conditions of wining.
1 Reduce your opponent’s life points to 0
2. make your opponent deck run out of cards
3. have all pieces of Exodia in your hand.
It’s been years sense I played it but to my knowledge the only bad to do with Exodia where having more then one of the cards of the set in your deck and a few combinations, but Exodia was never banned.
