I now find myself wondering what “pig latin” would really mean in Equestria, where pigs are apparently intelligent animals (though we haven’t seen them talk). Would the term be more akin to doggerel, with “pig” denoting an unrefined nature?
 
It’s probably a satire of latin invented by pigs, who feel it’s pretentious to speak in a dead language to sound smarter.

The joke is how Anon suddenly reveals his utter hatred for Twi, despite having spent the entire comic being perfectly helpful towards her.
 
actually, no, he was making up false information, while making it sound like he was being perfectly honest, he did this just to f*ck with her data, ergo, the i hate twilight sparkle comment at the end
