I think you’d win that bet.
 
This is kind of difficult to translate directly due to how the Japanese language works. Literally, it says “No matter how long she waits, a call won’t come Gilda”. In Japanese, an acceptable description. In English, not so much.
 
The closest in English would be something like, “Gilda, who waits for a call that will never come.”
 
Primus, that’s depressing.
