The joke is that Rainbow Dash doesn’t like to be seen acting girly like. This scene is probably referencing the “Just for Sidekicks” episode, in which Rainbow Dash nuzzles Tank, but tries to hide it.

As for the kiss – I have no idea.

Okay, will someone break the cardinal rule and explain the joke here? Maybe I’m just sleep-deprived, but I don’t get why Soarin isn’t going to talk now. And the only way I see Dash being cruel here is kissing without consent, but I’m not sure from context that’s what Soarin’s talking about.
