Postal III was made by Akella. Running With Scissors consider it a spin-off rather than an actual sequel and have plans to make a real Postal 3.

From what I understand, the original creators created Postal 3 thinking that, with a bigger team and budget working on it, the game would turn out great.

Obviously, that didn’t happen, but hey, at least they had their hearts in the right place. Right?
