Okay, let’s break this down. Get a snack or something to drink, this is gonna be a long one.
 
Pinkie Pie has a cupcake in one hoof, and a bloody knife in the other behind her back. This is a stereotype that she’s a crazed serial killer. This likely came from the infamous fanfic, Cupcakes.
 
Princess Luna is cutting herself. Before Luna Eclipsed, many bronies portrayed her as depressed, lonely, and guilt-ridden. This was the emo pone.
 
Celestia is blowing an air horn right in Luna’s ear. This is from the Trollestia meme, which raised from when she would be seen as a troll in some episodes.
 
Derpy received a letter from Equestria Foalcare Servies, a parody of Child Protective Services. While not canon, a popular view is that Derpy is the mother of a unicorn filly, Dinky. The stereotype is that Derpy, due to her eyes, has severe mental issues (mental retardation, to be exactly), and, as a result, is not seen to be able to raise a child. As a result, she’s taken away. I remember a popular fanfic about this.
 
Scootaloo is seen being kicked by Rainbow Dash. If you can recall, with Scootabuse, Scootaloo is the subject of pictures of her being physically and/or verbally abused, usually by Rainbow Dash, her idol. This is probably because that Lauren Faust once said in a comment that Dash and Scootaloo would be poor sisters. Tankfully, after Sleepless in Ponyville, the opposite of Scootabuse, Scootalove overtook its popularity.
 
Zecora, being a zebra, is painfully obvious. I’m not gonna explain that one.
 
And Caramel, with the dialogue seen, is gay. Big Macintosh and Caramel is a popular ship, and Caramel, like Braeburn, is seen in gay porn rather frequently, usually with Big Macintosh.
