Best thing about this pic is that it’s totally non-canon to the show (Celestia never would act like that, one reason “Tyrant Celestia” needs to die).

There’s nothing I can see that he’s done that would get him banned, really. He’s obnoxious and is into messed up stuff, just ignore/block him and carry on.

I agree. I don’t think it’ll last long though. This guy named Isaac Anderson Animations did these videos with Caillou getting assaulted (which I am ashamed to say I did find them funny because I hate Caillou, but not anymore), and his account got terminated, though he’s a backup one though. I reported Moppy to Deviantart and hope he’ll get banned too. He’s also been blocked too.
