Discord: Aku…maaaaan listen. I may be a creature literally made out of insanity, craziness And all around chaos. But I can tell your too good of a character to have a bit of once and a while.

Hahaha! Aku teaming up with Discord? For what purpose? Discord is just the avatar of chaos. Aku is a small fragment of evil itself. If they truly become friends it would be a short period since Aku is no laughing matter when it comes to universal and time domination.

Headcanon: Discord once tried to spread chaos across Aku’s evil rule, which resulted into a battle with the demon himself. Aku came out on top and ousted Discord from his territory. The two have been fierce rivals ever since.
 
Aku: Discord! You have caused enough havoc on my territory! I will deal with you myself!  
Discord: Really? Your boring and uncreative evil against my wonderful chaos? [laughs] What a hoot! You really need to lay off the flames that you use to keep your eyebrows lit!  
Aku: Well, that IS a good joke! Now get off my land!

But if Aku gets to team up with Discord, then Samurai Jack gets to team up with the mane six.
 
Somehow, I assume the Elements of Harmony and Jack’s sword are similar enough to have at least partial effectiveness against their irrespective foes.
