You either empty a foil card you own, or you buy an empty foil layer. If you have an old one, you can dip the edge of the card in cloroform and then slowly remove the top layer of the card, the picture, which will leave you with a black bordor and a shiny foil middle, then print out a hollow-plasticlayered picture of your chosen pony, (of the correct size of cause, and thin, hollow plastic material), glue it top of it with a thin layer of glue, (you can buy some designed for the purpose), and then you have it. You can buy all the things you need on mtg websites, if you look for “proxy card making, or something alike.”

Interesting choices. Chryssy and Discord work almost perfectly. I’d have probably gone with Reya Dawnbringer for Celestia, though.

Those are the real names of the cards, magic rules allow you to play with modified cards as long as the name is visible
