I think it’s because of Cadence’s presumed relation to Celestia and Luna, which would mean that Blueblood’s almost definitely related to Cadence.

Celestia and Luna are related by way of Cadance and Shining Armor’s marriage, but Flash and Blueblood? No. They have no right to be here. They would have to photobomb.

That doesn’t sound right, I thought Shining Armor ‘relocated’ Flash after he tried to cop a feel on Twilight. Funny how Shining didn’t say where though, just that the area’s ‘classified’.
