To be fair, the first of any particular thing you’ve ever seen is both the prettiest and ugliest of that thing you’ve ever seen up to that point.
 
Story of some of my friends: my blind friend was told by an alcoholic friend “just see things” and the first words my blind friend said were “holy shit you’re ugly”
