While it might not have been “even worse than she was treating them”, I’d just like to say I called the general gist of it.
I’m pretty sure she will be a little bit more friendlier after that incident. Twilight might not trust her with the crown.
She could always crash at Sunset Shimmer’s place….
True that. Can’t sleep in the school library forever.
Twilight was also in a hurry to get home. Otherwise she would’ve had to stay in the wreck of a human world for another couple years.
That’s exactly my point. Twilight didn’t think about what would happen. If she had, she would have insisted that Sunset Shimmer come home.
Not that I can blame her for just wanting to go home and not think about any of that again ever.
At least in Equestria few know her to even have any reasons to hate her. The Mane 6 ponies didn’t even know her until Celestia told them about her.
The people in Canterlot High know her very well, and they have all the reasons to wail in on her.
Because after the crap she pulled, I think her classmates at Canterlot High are going to treat her even worse than she was treating them.
They could’ve had her come back and tell everyone how terrible it was to go without magic while all the non-unicorn characters roll their eyes and Twilight is nearly brought to tears.
Twilight was still a filly when she was accepted by Celestia. A similar scenario might have taken place when Celestia recognized Sunset’s magic talent. But, she like a failed experiment.
Sort of like how both Planet Earth and Planet Venus are planets of similar size, with similar geological beginnings, but turned out different from each other.
You kidding me? That’s probably why her character is so awful and stupid-Living without her magic has made her batshit insane! That would have been cool as an actual plot point.
Considering she’s already been there for a few years voluntarily, I think she’ll be fine.
Well, now Sunset has to go on a confusing adventure to re-connect to magic, with a mysterious old woman who lies a lot and a psychotic ex-military smuggler!
If “Who cares, friendship solves everything” was good enough for Discord, it’s certainly good enough for Sunset Shimmer.
You’re a brony, you can’t be slim and sexy. You have to be a fat neckbeard.
No, though Flash was also pretty bad, at least he had no potential from the start, at least he didn’t suck out the fun out of my slim, sexy body every second he was on-screen.
And then she just happens to bump into Twilight, knocking her crown off. They both stare at it for a few seconds before Sunset grabs it and bolts.
Or something like that.
Yeah, considering how the portal is only open every 30 moons, it kinda makes it hard to plan for things in advance.
Another question: How does she even know where the Element of Magic is? I’ll concede her knowing they exist, seeing as she presumably had the same resources as Twilight, but for all she knows it’s still in that bloody castle!
…
Actually, that would have been really funny. See her come through the portal, cackle evilly about her plans, then time cut to her getting off a train, looking dirty and ragged, going “Well that turned out to be a complete waste of my time!”
