Where uncanny valley is seems to be different for different people. I’m gonna say yes though, It’s easy to have uncanny valley with 3D since it will often carry some degree of realism that could nudge an art style too close to uncanny valley. With drawn cartoons, those will always look 2D and always pretty abstract.
