That doesn’t prove anything about Sprout though. It’s not like Rarity has actually fried someone’s brain before.

That’s the thing. I like think Twilight and Starlight are skilled and powerful with their magic for having multiple spells and abilities but Rarity is just as skilled and powerful but focus on one ability (levitation/telekinesis), even surpasses Twilight and Starlight on that same ability.
